Halesi Mahadev is a sacred Hindu and Buddhist temple. The Halesi cave is said to have been a home for 6000 years within the temple. Ruler Shiva conceal there while stowing away from the devil Bhasmasur. The cave is situated between the sacred Dudh Kosi and Sun Kosi rivers. In this area, fairs and festivals are held during Bhasmasure, Ram Nawami, and Ganesh Chaturthi. After ascending numerous hills, Hindu Vikram Sharma of India began traveling to this location. In 2011, it became famous. The weather there is cold and rainy. Presently a-days, individuals can come here with by Jeep.
Cave:
This cave, which is 67 feet below the surface, is a popular tourist destination as well as a sacred religious site. Its east-facing entrance is shaped like a half moon. It is 193 feet in diameter and has a round shape, with a separate cave beneath. The floor is 223ft circuit.
